Great so far! Got it about 4 so months ago and no complaints about the apartment we got! Only problem was just one of my neighbors that had been hitting their dog but that got resolved VERY quickly. It’s nice community and Ginny is awesome!
The neighbors are very kind and so is the staff! Everyone has helped me make the move much more smoother! The many facilities are also a plus, especially because I’m a dog owner!
sense my move in the team has been absolutely amazing regarding my apartment. Jenny is heaven sent she checked on me & my family making sure we got settled! neighborhood is quiet and a huge playground for the kids. Highly Recommend!!

I've been a resident for 2 years and the first management is nothing like the new management they are very helpful and very nice they get the job done at the highest satisfaction and very efficient I love the community and how nice and quiet the area is 10/10 definitely would recommend !!

I am truly enjoying living at the Park at Sunderland Apartments. Klyo Thomas is an excellent Assistant Property Manager. When I call and need repairs or just ask a question, she gets the job done. Nice place to reside.
Customer service is very much 10/10 would recommend. I think the manager name was Jakkie, she was very nice greeted us right as we walked in it was like she was waiting on us or she ran from her office i don't know . She gave us a lot of information very kind and even told me what schools they were zoned for and showed me the laundry room as well . I'm definitely going to rent whenever they have something available for my timeframe .
The staff here are amazing! Very attentive, speedy service, the property is always very clean, and the ladies in the office are very friendly. Highly recommend

I don’t live here! (Can’t afford it) I’m leaving a 5 star review Bc first of all, I loved the unit and amenities, but mostly Bc of the super nice lady that assisted me.. Ms. Klyo. She was very helpful and answered any and all of my questions. She was warm and welcoming! When I left I really considered going for a one bedroom, just so I could afford a unit there! But with amenities and pet rent, the price of the units increase a good bit and I don’t want to be strapped for cash every month. 🤷♀️ Give Klyo a raise she’s well worth it!
I’ve stayed in these apartments for two years and once Shareese join the management team my maintenance request started getting handled in a reasonable time. Thanks for being so attentive to me and the Sunderland community.
The park at sunderland is so welcoming. Ms. Shareese made the move in smooth normally when moving into apartments they give you the run around she didn’t. She made sure my apartment was everything I could have ever asked for they are very quick with maintenance request. Ms. Shareese doesn’t care what time of night it is she make sure her residence are taken care of. Thank you ms shareese.
I love staff at the rent office! Shareese is so professional & does everything that she can to help you out. If I have a situation maintenance is always out in a timely fashion to fix the situation.
Sharee was very professional an helpful and welcoming she is very sweet she made me feel like this is the Community to live in I love her spirit she sold me on becoming a resident in your apartments she is very inviting and me and my family love our new home I recommend any one with kids go see Sharee
